The Polar Plunge Cold Tub by LeisureCraft Inc. comes with a five-year warranty, covering material and craftsmanship defects under standard residential usage from the product's receipt date. This warranty excludes normal wear, tear, and damage from natural weather. It does not extend to routine maintenance, such as cleaning or staining; please consult your assembly manual for maintenance advice. Additionally, the warranty does not cover damages from misuse or negligence, and neither the manufacturer nor the retailers are responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from the product's use. Note, this is a parts-only warranty, meaning service or labor costs are not included within the 5-year warranty period.
