30-Day Money-Back Return Policy:
- Initiating a Return: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at support@wearesauna.com to obtain a return authorization.
- Return Conditions: To be eligible for a full refund, minus shipping costs, products must be returned in "like new" condition in their original packaging. Include all manuals, accessories, and the original receipt. Returns should be shipped with signature confirmation to ensure they are securely received.
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including Bio Band Energy Bracelets, Harmoni Pendants, TheraComfort Weighted Blankets, TheraProtect Home Harmonizer, TheraProtect Cell Phone and Router Chips, TheraEssential Oils, Clothing, TherAid wraps and creams, TheraBrush Deluxe, TheraSole, and TheraO3 Bubbler Accessories.
Shipping and Processing:
- Order Processing: We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Note that Thera360's and Thera360Plus Saunas may require additional preparation time.
Refund Processing:
Allow up to 14 days from the date we receive your return to process refunds.
