Scandia Policy
Return Policy:
- 14-Day Returns: You can return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, gift certificate, or exchange, minus shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. Items must be returned in new condition and in the original packaging.
- Return Authorization Needed: Please contact us at support@wearesauna.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back.
- Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned: installed equipment, buckets and ladles, back and head rests, aromatherapy oils, towels, room kits, steam cabinets, doors, and all customized items.
- Defective Items:
- If you receive a product that you believe is defective, please reach out to us immediately. Most products come with a manufacturer's warranty, details of which can be found in the product packaging or documentation.
Refusals:
- Standard Delivery Refusals: If you refuse a delivery from UPS, USPS, FedEx, or RPS for reasons other than damage or our shipping error, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping charges.
- Freight Delivery Refusals: A 25% restocking fee plus all applicable shipping charges will apply if you refuse delivery from commercial freight companies, unless it's due to damage or our shipping error.
Cancellation Policy:
- Limited Cancellation Window: Orders for custom items like pre-cut sauna kits, modular sauna rooms, steam rooms, and other custom-made products can only be canceled within 24 hours of order placement and are non-returnable.
Shipping Information:
- Liability for Delays: We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by the carrier.
How to Return an Item:
- To return an item, please first contact us to receive an RMA number and the correct return address, as our products are shipped from various locations across the United States.
- Note: No refunds or returns will be processed without an RMA number and compliance with our return instructions.
