Shipping Policy

We handle shipping for all sauna barrels, cabins, and other products directly, ensuring they arrive safely at your location. Our sauna and steam items require special handling, and we use enhanced packaging solutions to mitigate damage during transit. Should your product appear damaged upon arrival, you have the option to refuse delivery or accept it with a note of "Subject to concealed damage" indicated on the delivery receipt.

Returns Policy

  • 30-Day Return Window: You can return new and uninstalled items within 30 days of purchase. To initiate a return, please contact us at support@wearesauna.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged, please provide us with photos of the damage and indicate whether the damage was noted at the time of delivery. We cover all costs associated with the return of items damaged during shipping or due to our error.
  • General Returns: If you wish to return a product for reasons other than damage, please ensure it is shipped back to us insured, using the same shipping method it was originally sent. Upon return, the item will be inspected, and if undamaged, you will receive a full refund, less any fees for necessary reboxing, typically ranging from $20 to $50 depending on the product.
