After 14 Days: Changes to your order will incur a $65.00 fee. This includes adding or removing products, changing the ship-to address, or altering the shipping method.
Within 7 Days of the Ship Date: No changes can be made to the order.
Post-Shipment: Changing the ship-to address after the product has shipped will incur a $250 fee.
Return Policy:
General Policy: Returns are generally not accepted due to the high cost of cross-border returns.
If Necessary: If a product must be returned, it will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to the factory. The product must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
Customer Refusal to Accept Delivery:
If delivery is refused and we are asked to assist in reselling the product, a 15% restocking charge will be applied, and you will be responsible for all shipping and rerouting costs to a new address.
Shipping and Handling:
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping within the Continental USA. For shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for a quote.
Residential Delivery: A $320.00 fee is required for sauna delivery to residential addresses, and a $120.00 fee for delivery of outdoor furniture like showers or Tiki Bars.
Large Items: If the crate is longer than 92 inches, the customer is responsible for unloading it from the delivery truck.
Customer Responsibilities:
Be prepared to arrange for unloading the sauna from the truck, especially if the crate is large or heavy.
Ensure that the delivery location is accessible by large trucks and has appropriate unloading facilities.
